The start line is located just off Highway 403 at the heart of the city. About 5 million residents live within an hour's drive of Mississauga.
U.S. border crossings are located in Niagara Falls, Fort Erie and Windsor.


Mississauga has an extensive trail system that offers a scenic and charming view of the city. This is an excellent way to stay in shape and be environmentally friendly.


GO transit serves a population of 6-million within an 8,000 square-km region. It extends from Toronto to Hamilton, Milton and Guelph in the west, and as far as Oshawa and Port Perry eastward. GO Transit has multiple stops along the Lakeshore route in Mississauga and is a time efficient and economical solution to get to the City.

VIA Rail connects the Greater Toronto Area with the rest of Canada. It operates 480 trains a week, including 300 in Southern Ontario and Quebec.


Lester B. Pearson International Airport is located in Mississauga and is Canada's busiest airport. Many airlines offer direct flights to 27 Canadian locations, 42 U.S. destinations, and 84 International destinations.
Pearson is located just 15 minutes away from the Marathon start line. Mississauga, and its amenities are easily accessible by public transit and the airport limo service.
