Description of 2022 course: A scenic course that takes in all of Mississauga’s beauty. A fast and net downhill, point to point course. Starting at Celebration Square/City Hall you will find yourself crossing over the Credit River to Mississauga Road. The University of Toronto’s Mississauga Campus, Mississaugua Golf and Country Club, and beautiful residential neighbourhoods will lead to the picturesque Lake Ontario Waterfront Trail finishing at Lakefront Promenade Park.

Description of half marathon course for 2022: Taking in all of Mississauga’s beauty, the half marathon starts with the full marathon and enjoys the same fast and net downhill characteristics. The half splits from the full course at approximately 14 km, continuing into Port Credit and merging back with the full marathon in Saddington Park on the waterfront.

Description of 10K course for 2022: A visually stunning route, run predominately on Mississauga’s beautiful Lake Ontario waterfront, and finishing at the same location as the Full Marathon and Half Marathon at Lakefront Promenade Park.

The “Hazel” 5K Run/Walk is brought to you by Novo Nordisk®.
Course description for 2022: The Novo Nordisk® “Hazel” 5K starts in Port Credit by the iconic lighthouse. The course is all waterfront finishing at Lakefront Promenade Park. Scenic, flat and fast.

Tim Hortons is back to welcome all to the Timbits 2K Fun Run/Walk.
Description of the 2K for 2022: Run or walk the final 2km of the marathon course and enjoy the beauty of Mississauga’s waterfront and the cheering crowds at the Mississauga Marathon finish line. Kids can join in the 2K Activity Centres to warm up before they head off!
Create a team of 2 to 5 colleagues, class mates, friends and enjoy the marathon course by running a leg(s) in this relay event. The relay takes in all of the marathon course features including the start at Celebration Square and finish at Lakefront Promenade.
The 10K Student Relay consists of teams with 2, 3 or 4 relay members each running a leg(s) over the 10km course. All team members will receive an event t-shirt, race kit and finishers’ medal.
For 2022:
Registration deadline is April 23rd at midnight. There is no onsite registration on race weekend.
The MaraFun School Program engages youth in the activity of running/walking 40km over a six week period. The final 2km are completed as part of the Timbits 2K Fun Run/Walk on the marathon course finishing at Lakefront Promenade.

Back by popular demand the Race Weekend Warrior challenges participants to complete races on both Saturday and Sunday. Choose to complete the Novo Nordisk® “Hazel” 5K or the 10K on Saturday evening, and return to start line of the Pandora Square One Half Marathon or Full Marathon. Registration for the Race Weekend Warrior is done online via Race Roster, simply register for both individual races. Warriors will receive a certificate via email post-race commemorating their accomplishment. Please email Ryan Coles at info@mississaugamarathon.com after your race to receive your certificate.
