Aid Stations
Aid stations will be located every 4km along the full marathon & half marathon route. Water followed by Gatorade will be offered and gels at 24km and 38km. Vaseline and bandages will be available at most aid stations.
There will be aid stations at the 3km mark on the 5K course and on the 10K course there will be aid stations at 4km and 8km.
Porta-potties at all aid stations.

ROADS CLOSED:
5:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Front St N – Lakeshore Rd to High St W
5:45 pm to 6:15 pm: Lakeshore Rd (both directions) – Hurontario St. to Mississauga Road. No access from side streets.
6:00 pm to 6:45 pm: Lakeshore Rd (both directions) – Clarkson Rd to Lorne Park Rd. No access from side streets.
6:00 pm to 7:45 pm: Cumberland Dr – Wanita Rd to Wenonah Dr
6:30 pm to 7:15 pm: Ben Machree Dr
6:45 pm to 7:30 pm: Front St S.
5:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Lakefront Promenade Park
LIMITED ACCESS:
6:30 pm to 7:10 pm: Lakeshore Rd (curb lane – eastbound) – Lorne Pk. Rd to Ben Machree Dr. Limited access from side streets.

2:00 am to 8:00 am: City Centre Dr – Duke of York Blvd to Robert Speck Pkwy
2:00 am to 8:00 am: Duke of York Blvd south of Princess Royal Dr
7:00 am to 8:40 am: Burnhamthorpe Rd (both directions) from Hurontario St to Mississauga Rd
7:30 am to 9:30 am: Mississauga Rd – Burnhamthorpe Rd to Dundas St
Traffic permitted to go north on Mississauga Rd from Dundas St. – westbound only for St Peter’s Church service.
7:30 am to 10:10 am: Mississauga Rd from Dundas St to Lakeshore Rd
8:00 am to 10:30 am: Indian Rd – Mississauga Rd to Lorne Park Rd
Traffic permitted westbound only on Indian Rd.
8:15 am to 10:35 am: Lorne Park Rd – Indian Rd to Truscott Dr
9:00 am to 12:30 pm: Orr Rd. Eastbound – Southdown Rd to Meadow Wood Rd
Traffic permitted westbound only on Orr Rd
9:00 am to 12:40 pm: Meadow Wood Rd northbound – Orr Rd to Lakeshore Rd
Traffic permitted southbound on Meadow Wood Rd
9:15 am to 1:30 pm: Ben Machree Dr
8:15 am to 1:50 pm: Front St S
8:20 am to 2:15 pm: Cumberland Dr – Wanita Rd to Wenonah Dr

LIMITED ACCESS:
8:00 am to 10:30 am: Atoka Dr, Wateska Blvd & Shenandoah Dr traffic will be permitted to go south on Mississauga Rd and must go west on Indian Rd. They will not have access back to the streets above from Mississauga Rd.
8:00 am to 10:20 am: Knareswood Dr, Comanche Rd, Arrowhead Rd and Temagami Cres traffic will be permitted to go north on Mississauga Rd and must go north towards the QEW (Toronto) and enter the highway. They will not have access back to the streets above from Mississauga Rd.
