Get Race Ready
Saturday, April 25th
Race Kit Pick Up
- Location: Mississauga Civic Centre, 300 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C1
- Bibs will be in a tent at the south entrance to the Civic Centre, just outside the main doors. The rest of Kit Pick Up will be inside the Great Hall.
- Time: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday, April 25th

- Location: City Centre Drive between Celebration Square and Mississauga Civic Centre.
- Beneva Mississauga Marathon start time: 7:30am
- Electrolit Half Marathon start time: 7:30am
- Trillium Health Partners 10K start time: 9:30am
- Mississauga 5K start time: 10:00am
- Tims Trot: 11:15am
- *No kit pick up or registration on race day
Race Kit Pick Up
Start Your Race Right
Bibs will be in a tent at the south entrance to the Civic Centre, just outside the main doors. The rest of Kit Pick Up will be inside the Great Hall.
When you pick up your race kit, be sure to take in the highlights of Mississauga Civic Centre including the Great Hall, with marble and granite columns rising more than three stories, to a 20-metre-high glass skylight; and the domed ceiling of the Council Chamber, which pays tribute to Mississauga’s historic villages and First Nations’ tradition. Wander through the public Art Gallery of Mississauga which features works by local and national artists.

Parking
- There are 2 entrances to underground parking for Mississauga Civic Centre and Celebration Square. Avoid parking at Square One as the lots are monitored by mall security and for shopper use only. The lot on the corner of Rathburn and Duke of York (P6) is accessible for participants during kit pick up and on race day.
- The Beneva Mississauga Marathon is looking forward to welcoming all participants as the excitement of the race ramps up. All participants must come to race kit pick up to collect their race package to be ready for race day. Participants will be required to present their bib number, which will be sent by email a week prior to the race, and photo ID.
- If you are unable to make it to race kit pick up you can have someone pick up your race kit for you. They will need your bib # and a copy of your email confirmation (printed or on their phone).
Race Day

- Location: City Centre Drive between Celebration Square and Mississauga Civic Centre.
- Beneva Mississauga Marathon start time: 7:30am
- Electrolit Half Marathon start time: 7:30am
- Trillium Health Partners 10K start time: 9:30am
- 5K start time: 10:00am
- Tims Trot: 11:15am
- *No kit pick up or registration on race day.
Road Closures
- Road closure information will be made available a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event to ensure our community is aware of the road closures resulting from the race. It is our intent to inconvenience you as little as possible, and we have a robust traffic and safety plan in place to mitigate impact in the communities we are running through.

Bag Check
- A secure, dry bag check is available free of charge. Participants must provide their own bag no larger than 16” x 20”.
- Remove the bib tag from the bottom of your bib and attach it securely to your personal bag.
- Beneva Mississauga Marathon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Leave your valuables at home.
- Bag check will open at 6:00am.
Bibs and Timing
- All registration fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable under all circumstances. That means that once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund for any reason, and you will not be able to defer your entry to another year. When you register, you will have the option to purchase an insurance policy from Reg Shield for a small fee. This policy will cover you and allow you to cancel your registration if you are unable to make it to the race due to illness and various other reasons. The insurance does not cover your entry fee if we are forced to cancel the event.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your bib and race kit in advance of the event. There is no kit pick up on race morning.

Post Race
Breathe. You’ve earned it
Beneva Mississauga Marathon, Electrolit Half Marathon, Trillium Health Partners 10K, and Mississauga 5K overall and masters non-cash awards will be awarded on race day.
Chiptime Results is the official timing company of the Beneva Mississauga Marathon. All race distances will be timed (except the Tims Trot). All awards are based on Gun Time only.
Awards Schedule
- Beneva Mississauga Marathon Awards: Stage in the spectator tent, Marathon finish area at Lakefront Promenade Park 11:00am
- Electrolit Half Marathon Awards: Main Stage Celebration Square 10:15am
- Trillium Health Partners 10K and Mississauga 5K Awards: Main Stage Celebration Square 11:15am
- Awards are given out to the first 3 women and first 3 men overall and masters, and the first 3 in the non-binary category.
- No age group awards in any sub event and awards will not be mailed out.
Medical Tent and Physio Tent
- The medical tents will be located at each finish area and physio/massage will be available at the marathon finish.
Post Race Food Tent
- Those with a bib will be welcome in the post race food tent.
Baggage Tent
- In order to collect your bag you’ll have to show your race bib that matches the tag on your baggage.
Photography
- Marathon Photos Live will be the official photographer capturing the excitement on race day. You may opt in to receive emails and photos from Marathon Photos Live when you register or on your Race Roster Participant Dashboard.
