pick up their race kits, which includes their bib
numbers, shirts and chip, at the Runners’ Expo.
Race Kit pickup ends at 3:00 pm on Saturday May 15,
2010 for "The Hazel" 5K participants.
Please make note of your confirmation number and
bring that number to the kit pick-up.

Walking Directions from Cawthra Community
Centre to Lakefront Promenade Park (Finish Line)
It is less
than 2K from Cawthra Community Centre to the
Finish Area.
- Walk south on Cawthra Rd. from the community
centre to Lakeshore Rd.
- Cross Lakeshore and proceed
west or right to the first street, Aviation Rd.
- Proceed
south on Aviation to the Waterfront Trail. You
will be able to walk along the grass through
the park
toward the finish area.

| Course Information |
"The Hazel" 5K will be held along with the 10K
race on the Saturday evening of race weekend and
will cover the last 5K of the 10K route.
Course map
- Aid Stations at 3km (8K mark of the 10K)
- Fluids at station: Gatorade and water
Please Note:
A rolling clear will occur at the rate of
slightly over 9 minutes/ kilometre (14:30
min/mile). Participants moving slower than this
pace will be asked by Police to move onto the
sidewalk and proceed to the finish line obeying
regular pedestrian road rules.

All Open and Masters awards will be presented on stage. All Age group awards will be posted and available for pick up at the Prizing Tent.
There will be no duplication of prizes.
