|
Participants must
pick up their race kits, which includes their bib
numbers, shirts and chip, at the Runner's Expo.
Race Kit pickup ends at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May
4th, 2013 for Valeant Pharmaceuticals 10K Run/Walk participants.
Please make note of your confirmation number and
bring that number to the kit pick-up.

Race Kit pick-up ends on Saturday May 4th, 2013 NO later than 3:00 PM.

START AREA
Runners and spectators are welcome to take a shuttle bus to the Valeant Pharmaceuticals 10K Start Line from the designated park located at:
Clarkson Go
1110 Southdown Rd (Southdown Rd. & Royal Windsor Dr. (Lakeshore Rd.)
FINISH AREA
Shuttle buses will be available to transport runners and spectators to Cawthra Community Centre and Clarkson Go.

| Course Information |
|
A visually stunning
route, run on a large section of Mississauga's beautiful
waterfront, and finishing at the same location
as the Marathon and Half Marathon at Lakefront Promenade Park.
- Aid Stations at 4km and 8km
- Fluids at all stations: Gatorade and water
- Other aid at stations: Vaseline, bandages
Please Note:
A rolling clear will occur at the rate of
slightly over 9 minutes/ kilometer (14:30
minutes/mile). Participants moving slower than this
pace will be asked by Police to move onto the
sidewalk and proceed to the finish line obeying
regular pedestrian road rules.
Please Note: If you register in the
walking division of this event you must walk the
entire race distance. There will be no prizing
in the walking division but separate results
will be posted for walkers.

for pick up at the Prizing Tent.
Age categories are as follows: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
There will be no duplication of prizes.
There will be no prizes given out for the Valeant Pharmaceuticals 10K Walk category.
NOTE: All prizing must be picked up on the day of the event.
